quick tip


James discovered this, and I think it's a great tip!! To cook ears of corn without the pots of boiling water, simply wrap each ear in a paper towel, get wet, and microwave for 3 min per ear. Voila! Perfectly cooked corn every time.

I do that same thing to make baked potatoes in the microwave. Never thought about doing it with corn! What a great idea!

I usually put the corn in a plastic bag (same with potatos) but I tried this method with both vegis and it worked great!!
