Trampoline Fun!

The kids and I went on a playdate a few days ago to a place called Jump On It. They have trampolines connected along an entire wall- it's really fun! Brighton was a great big sister and helped Brooklyn to not be afraid.

Logan's EEG experience

Here is Logan - back in the hospital. :( The doctor wanted him to have another EEG to rule out any seizure activity before we take him off his medication.

This was a sleep deprived test, so we woke him up at 5am, and kept him up until his test at 11:00. He was sooo tired, he was trying to fall asleep sitting upright! Poor kiddo.

He was really ticked off at how much they were messing with his head. They had to measure, then mark his head, then dab on some goo, then clean it off, then attach the lead with some more goo. After they wrapped him all up, I was supposed to get him to fall asleep!

Success!!! Poor guy was completely exhausted. We won't have the results for a week, so we're keeping our fingers crossed!

Pretend summer!

Brighton wanted to pretend it was summer yesterday- wishful thinking!- so we had a picnic in our front room. Brighton pulled on shorts and a short-sleeved shirt on top of her winter shirt. Brooklyn just took off her pants and diaper- to be in the spirit, I guess. :) Silly girls!

Update in progress...

I'm working on jazzing the blog up a little, so be patient as I tweak and fine-tune!!

www.homestarrunner.com

Okay, I just want to share a website that I like a little too much. It is really random, so if you like Nap Dynamite, it's probably your style. It's clean and just hilarious! It's hard to describe, so just go check it out. Strong Bad emails are probably the most popular things. Be sure to check out the one called "dragon". Have fun, let me know if you liked it or just thought it was too weird!

Temple Open House

This last weekend we were able to visit the Rexburg Idaho Temple open house. It is such a beautiful temple, and I was excited for the girls to be able to go inside. When James and I go to the temple, Brighton asks if we are getting married. Again. :) It was nice to be able to see all the rooms and explain a little bit of why we go. There is cute wheat motif that is scattered through the temple. What a great opportunity for members, but especially non-members to see inside our temple and dispel the mysticism of what goes on inside. We even got cookies at the end of the tour!

Pair of Prunes

The girls took a two hour bath the other day- thanks to some great new bath toys (thanks, Laura!) They wanted to take a picture of their wrinkly hands and feet. Silly girls!
